Connect the tp sensor and iac valve harness connectors, install the air cleaner adapter stud and tighten it to 8 n.m (71 lb in) and install the air cleaner outlet duct. To check the acceleration pedal movement, activate the ignition while the engine is off, and apply a scan tool to monitor the tp sensor parameter, step on the accelerator pedal to the floor, release it, and ensure that the throttle position should move from 0-100 percent to 0 percent confirming that the accelerator pedal should be free from binding between the closed and the wide open throttle (WOT).
