To replace the front brake caliper, firstly, remove the brake caliper from its hosting position. Make sure that a piece of wood is placed in front of the Piston in order to avoid any damage and to remove the Piston, aim compressed air in the inlet fitting port of brake hose in the brake caliper housing. Next in line, take out the Piston boot and Piston seal, followed by brake caliper bleed screw cap and its screw. If there is excessive scoring or corrosion in the brake caliper bore and Piston seal groove. If so, replace the brake caliper housing. Also, inspect the brake caliper mounting bracket guide surfaces for deposits of corrosion and wear and replace the bracket if necessary. Clean all residue from brake pad guiding surface of the brake caliper housing and mounting bracket and clean all parts that are not part of the repair kit with denatured alcohol and dry equipment with filtered unlubricated compressed air. Blow out all passages into the brake caliper housing and bleeder valve. For assembly, mount the brake caliper bleeding screw and secure it to 12 n.m (106 lb in) and mount the bleed screw cap. Apply lubricant to a new Piston seals and brake caliper bore seal grooves with brake fluid without twisting the seals, apply brake caliper bores and pistons with brake fluid. Put the boot over the end of the Piston with the fold facing brake caliper housing Piston bore opening, seat the boot into the brake caliper bore groove and slide the Piston into the bore, pressing it down to the bottom. Make sure that boot seats itself correctly in both Piston groove and brake caliper bore groove, and do this for the remaining Piston. Finally, click the brake caliper to fix the vehicle in place.
