The replacement process for Electric Cooling Fan Motor requires users to first dismantle cooling blades and cooling fan motor bolts before removing the cooling fan motor units. The replacement of the engine coolant Fan Motor (Non-HP2) starts with removing cooling blades before disassembling the cooling Fan Motor bolts. The replacement process starts with removing the cooling fan motors one by one. First install new cooling fan motors according to the provided fastener notice while following installation procedures. Fasten the cooling Fan Motor bolts until they reach a torque specification of 10 n.m (89 lb in). The last step requires installation of the blades.
