How to replace the Instrument Panel Lamp Dimmer Switch on 2009 Cadillac XLR?

In order to install the Instrument Panel Lamp Dimmer Switch, you have to remove the closeout/insulator panel and knee bolster trim panel. Unscrew the retaining screws of the switch pad, unscrew electrical connectors, and take out the dimmer switch. Install the switch again, attach the electrical connector and reconnect the panels.
