The wiring harness heat shield needs repositioning for entry to disconnect the KS electrical connector. The system requires removal of both the KS bolt and the KS itself. Place your new KS into position and follow the Fastener Notice before installing the KS bolt and tightening it to 23 N.m (17 lb ft). After completing the installation by reconnecting the KS electrical connector and restoring the wiring harness heat shield you should lower the vehicle.
