How to replace the drive pinion bearings on 2003 Chevrolet SSR?

In order to change the drive pinion bearings, lift up the vehicle to remove the differential assembly and drive pinion. Press off the bearing and remove the bearing cups using the right tools. Installation of the new components, lubrication of the bearings and tightening of pinion nut to required torque. Lastly, install the differential and drop the car.
