For the replacement of front brake caliper, the 25/3500 series, start by checking the fluid level in brake master cylinder reservoir. If it is in the middle of the maximum and minimum levels no fluid should be removed, but if it is higher set it at the middle level. Inflate the wheel's tire to just more than the recommended tire pressure, select the splined opposite socket that fits tightly over the brake rotor, slide this spline socket on over the stud, and slide the washer over the spline socket. Clean the region around the brake hose fitting and insert a rubber cap or plug on the revealed break pipe anastomosis to guard leakage and disorderly prematurely while extracting the brake hose to caliper bolt. Remove the 2 set of copper brake hose gaskets that can be found stuck on the caliper or brake hose end and remove the brake hose from the caliper. Remove the brake caliper bolts and this will take caution not to press down the brake pedal with brake parts taken out it might damage the brake system. To install, mount the caliper onto the caliper bracket and then bolt it down to the bracket with the brake caliper bolts at 108 nm (80 ft. Lbs.). Unscrew the rubber cap or plug on the brake hose fitting, install 2 of the new copper brake hose gaskets, and fit the brake hose to caliper bolt, tightening the same to 40 nm (30 ft. Lbs.). Slightly bleed the hydualic brake system, reinstall the tire assembly and wheel assembly, stock the master cylinder reservoir to the proper amount with clean brake fluid if needed.
