To replace the Clutch Fork, to start with, one is required to note where it situates with reference to the release shaft situation. Unscrew the adjusting nut for the Clutch Cable then replace the clutch control cable from the fork. Then we can take out the Clutch Fork retaining bolt and nut prior to removing the fork. For installation, align the fork to the marked position on the release shaft and tighten the fork bolt and nut to 16 nm (12 ft. Lbs.). After that, reconnect the clutch control cable to the fork, and install the clutch control cable adjusting nut. Finally, set the Clutch Cable as required.
