Next, you take out the oil baffle bolts and remove the oil baffle. For installation, start by installing new oil baffle, making sure you follow the fastener notice in service precautions. Rethread the oil baffle with bolts and tighten if to 8 nm (71 inch lbs) and put back the upper and lower Oil Pan. Lower the car, top up with engine oil, and reconnect the battery negative wire.
