Next proceed to secure and cap or tape the txv before unfastening the evaporator inlet tube to condenser fitting bolt and disconnecting it from the condenser then applying caps or tape to the condenser. You need to remove the bracket bolt from the evaporator outlet tube before lifting the bracket out of the way. After that remove the evaporator inlet tube by discarding the sealing washers. The installation process requires tube and component sealing surface cleaning with a lint-free cloth followed by new sealing washer placement on the evaporator inlet tube before slowly placing it under the evaporator outlet tube bracket for securing.
