After positioning the Oil Pan to the engine avoid excessive bolt torque when securing it because Oil Pan bolts require a torque setting of 14 nm (10 ft. Lbs.). You need to tighten the oil level sensor to a torque of 20 nm (15 ft. Lbs.). The rear torque converter cover needs to be placed correctly before finalizing its bolt installation at 7.5 nm (66 inch lbs.). Place the front torque converter cover in position before installing its bolt and using 7.5 nm torque setting. Position the transaxle brace first before you install transaxle brace to Oil Pan bolts while tightening them to 50 nm (37 ft. Lbs.).
