  • Q: How to replace the Turn Signal Switch on 2008 Chevrolet HHR?
A: Replace the Turn Signal Switch by taking out the instrument panel cluster trim plate first. First detach the bolts that secure the lower steering column trim cover before taking out the bolts from the top cover. You must disconnect the electrical links from the turn signal multifunction switch before moving the left lower steering column trim cover aside for access. Push the switch locking tabs downward to take out the turn signal multifunction switch. To install the new turn signal multifunction switch just insert it into position and release the locking tabs before reconnecting the electrical connectors. Reinstall both steering column trim covers after placing back the instrument panel cluster trim plate bezel.
