How to replace the Neutral Safety Switch on 2008 Chevrolet HHR?

When replacing the Park/Neutral Position Switch, you have to use the parking brake and make sure the control assembly is in Neutral. Disconnect the shift control cable and electrical connector, the lever of the range switch, and bolts. Installation of the new switch is required, align it properly and tighten it. Only in Park or Neutral the engine is supposed to start.
