How to replace the negative battery cable (RHD) on 2007 Cadillac CTS?

To change the battery negative cable (RHD), remove the battery negative cable. Unbolt the negative cable of the battery to the side rail and disconnect body harness connector from the battery negative cable. Lift the vehicle off the ground, and then remove the bolt which holds the battery negative cable in place to the engine block and pull the battery negative cable out of the engineantz. For installation, connect the battery negative cable to the engine and attach it to the engine block using the bolt you secure it with a tightness of 50 n.m (37 lb ft). Lower the vehicle and bolt the negative cable of the battery to the side rail, tightening it to 36 n.m (27 lb ft). Lastly, mount the body harness connector on the negative cable of the battery and restore the connection of the negative cable.
