How to replace the exhaust camshaft and lash adjuster on 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt?

In order to swap the exhaust camshaft and the lash adjusters, remove exhaust camshaft position actuator and bear cap bolts, and label them to be replaced. Arrange roller followers and hydraulic lash adjusters and lubricate them and install. Lastly, fit the exhaust camshaft, screw the bearing cap bolts and fit the actuator back.
