How to change the Washer Reservoir without using RPO code CE4 on 2005 Cadillac CTS?

In order to change the washer solvent container with no RP code CE4, the hood must be opened and the bolt holding the container neck should be accessed and the cap removed. Drain the solvent, disassemble hoses and electrical connectors and remove the container. Move the parts into the new container, fasten it and replace parts.
