How to replace the Crankshaft Position Sensor on 2005 Cadillac CTS?

In order to change the Crankshaft Position (CKP) Sensor, turn off the ignition and lift the vehicle. Realign the wiring harness heat shield, de-connection CKP connector and remove sensor bolt. Install the new sensor, fasten it, re-connect CKP connector, re-fit the heat shield, and lift the vehicle.
