How to replace the Engine Control Module (ECM) on 2004 Buick LeSabre?

Replacement To change the powertrain control module (PCM): be sure that it is the right part and verify other faults. Shut off the ignition, unscrew negative battery cable, intake duct and air cleaner assembly. Take out the PCM leaving the connectors attached and later reattach the connectors. Install the parts once again and observe that new PCM has to be programmed.
