To maintain the MAP sensor, be sure that the ignition is turned off and the engine cover is removed. Displug the connector to harness without damaging. Unscrew the MAP sensor gently by rocking and eliminate the grommet. To install the sensor, insert a new grommet onto the sensor, reconnect the harness and reattach the cover.
