How to service the Throttle Position Sensor on 2002 Chevrolet Express 2500?

In order to replace the Throttle Position Sensor, loosen the engine cover and the connector of the sensor harness, and the fasteners connecting them. Wet cleaners should be avoided on sensor. Take the sensor off the throttle body, make sure that throttle valve is closed, and reinstall sensor and align the holes. Restrict the harness and reattach the cover.
