Using J 23028-01 with a jack, detach stabilizer link and shock, support lower control arm, relieve tension, turn steering for clearance, remove pivot bolts, lower tool and extract spring and insulators. Reverse for installation: seat spring, raise arm, refit bolts with new nuts, tighten pivots, remove tool, reinstall shock and stabilizer link, verify alignment.
