How to replace the rear side door upper and lower door hinge on 2001 Chevrolet Metro?

To change the back door hinge, open the front side and take out one of the hinges at the time to ensure that everything remains in line. Take out the bolts that hold the hinge together, and attach the new hinge by attaching it to the door jamb and door. Refer to opposite hinge as necessary.
