How to replace the water pump outlet cooling hose on GMC Yukon XL 1500?

To replace the Water Pump outlet pipe, one should start by removing the left front fender wheelhouse inner panel and proceed by taking out the Water Pump. Next, unplug the Water Pump outlet pipe from the Engine Oil Cooler assembly, parting with the o-ring seal (Fig. C). Clean the ring of sealing once it has been removed. For installation, install a new o-ring seal on the Water Pump outlet pipe, slightly lubricated with engine oil. Mount the Water Pump outlet pipe into the Engine Oil Cooler assembly, after which attach a fresh outlet pipe to Water Pump, and then install a Water Pump outlet pipe to Water Pump gasket. Finally, install the Water Pump and the left front fender wheelhouse inner panel.

To replace the Water Pump outlet pipe, one should start by removing the left front fender wheelhouse inner panel and proceed by taking out the Water Pump. Next, unplug the Water Pump outlet pipe from the Engine Oil Cooler assembly, parting with the o-ring seal (Fig. C). Clean the ring of sealing once it has been removed. For installation, install a new o-ring seal on the Water Pump outlet pipe, slightly lubricated with engine oil. Mount the Water Pump outlet pipe into the Engine Oil Cooler assembly, after which attach a fresh outlet pipe to Water Pump, and then install a Water Pump outlet pipe to Water Pump gasket. Finally, install the Water Pump and the left front fender wheelhouse inner panel.
