  When replacing the Water Pump you have to disconnect the negative Battery Cable and reduce the engine cooling system. Take off the accessor Drive Belt before detaching the radiator outlet hose from the Thermostat Housing. Use 3 bolts to fasten the A/C Compressor to its positions while tightening them to 23 nm (17 ft. Lbs.), then join the heater outlet line to the rear of the Water Pump with 1 bolt and tighten it to 15 nm (11 ft. Lbs.). Use 4 bolts fitted at 23 nm (17 ft. Lbs.) to fixate the Water Pump Pulley. Next, insert and tighten 3 bolts on the Thermostat Housing up to 27 nm (20 ft. Lbs.). Reverse the radiator outlet hose installation onto the Thermostat Housing and return the battery negative cable to its place while tightening the cable retainer to 15 nm (11 ft. Lbs.). Test the vehicle under normal driving conditions to verify that coolant quantity remains optimal and looks for coolant leaks.
