For valve guide seal replacement along with Valve Stem Oil Seal and valve spring service you need
Spark Plug port adapter (J 22794), valve spring compressors (J 38606 and J 5892-D), and valve guide seal installer (J 42073). Put on the Spark Plug port adapter (J 22794) into the Spark Plug hole first before setting the valve
Rocker Arms and spark plugs. Attach a shop air hose to the adapter and use compressed air to maintain valve movement. Place the flat washer onto the removed Rocker Arm bolt and add both the bolt and valve spring Rocker Arm to be removed. Be careful because the compressed valve springs provide heavy force. The valve spring compressor (J 5892-D) works by pressing its slotted end under the washer at the Rocker Arm bolt until you can access the valve keys. Use the valve spring compressor (J 38606) instead of valve spring compressor (J 5892-D) since it does not fit properly. Use removal tools to let valve spring tension before taking out the compressors. Pull off both pieces of the valve assembly beginning with the valve spring cap and ending with the valve spring. Insert the right valve guide seal into position on the valve guide after putting oil on both. The valve guide seal installer (J 42073) will help you install the seal through the valve guide space of 1-2 mm. Install the valve spring components and compress the spring through the valve spring compressor device (J 5892-D or J 38606). Put the valve stem o-ring seal and keys in position while applying grease to hold them. Then release valve spring tension slowly until seats the keys correctly. Complete the job by taking out the compressors and checking valve stem key placement before tapping the valve stem to remove the Spark Plug port adapter (J 22794) and installing the plugs and valve rocker arms.
