How to replace the lumbar Seat Motor on Chevrolet Camaro?

The replacement procedure for the lumbar motor begins with removal of the adjuster followed by dismounting the front passenger seat. Disconnect the air supply hoses that connect to the lumbar module as well as the electric connectors. Pull the leather module pouch open and extract the module from its installation position. To install the lumbar module, first secure it within its leather pouch then reconnect electrical connectors and air supply hoses to the lumbar module. After installation complete both the front passenger seat and the adjuster.

How to replace the front (tilt) Seat Motor on Chevrolet Malibu?

The beginning of front seat adjuster motor replacement requires placing the seat in an upward position so it does not stress the motor. First disconnect the electrical connectors from the front seat before removing it. The installation starts by detaching the seat motor roll pin and seat motor fastener before extracting the seat motor. Installation should begin with the new seat motor placement followed by securing it with the roll pin. When installing the motor fastener for the seat secure it with a torque of 7 N.m which equals 62 lb in. Reinstall the front seat by reattaching the electrical connectors after conclusion of the seat motor installation.
