How to replace the engine coolant thermostat housing on Chevrolet Express 2500?

To replace the engine coolant thermostats housing first take off the bolt of the coolant recovery reservoir, then place it elsewhere, remove the air cleaner assembly. Then disconnect the radiator outlet hose and remove bolts on the water pump inlet. Next remove water pump inlet and Thermostat because they should be replaced in assembly. For the installation, start with installing the Thermostat and water pump inlet to the water pump but make sure that you follow the fastener caution guidelines. Tighten the bolts for the water pump inlet to 15 nm (11 lb ft) and then reinstall the radiator outlet hose. Proceed to the installment of air cleaner assembly and then finish with installing the coolant recovery reservoir and bolt, tightened to 11 nm (97 lb in).
