Next, take off a bolt of the camshaft sprocket, followed by camshaft sprocket with Timing Chain, and then remove a Crankshaft sprocket. The Timing Chain dampener bolts and the dampener to be removed. In case necessary, take off the camshaft thrust plate bolts and the thrust plate. Regularcleaning and inspection of the Timing Chain and gears are very necessary. Align Crankshaft Crankshaft timing mark with the timing mark on the bottom of Timing Chain dampener and align timing mark on the camshaft gear, center line of the locator hole , with the timing mark using the top of the chain dampener . Make sure dowel in the cam shaft enters the dowel hole in the cam shaft sprocket. Mount the camshaft sprocket on the camshaft using the mounting bolt and tighten to the 140 nm, (103 ft.ibs). Lastly, apply engine oil to the Crankshaft and camshaft sprocket and then fit the engine front cover back.
