How to replace the rear brake backing plate on Chevrolet Colorado?

To replace the rear Brake Backing Plate, raise and support the vehicle first. Unwire the rear Wheel Speed Sensor and remove the park brake cable from the rear Brake Backing Plate. Then, break off the rear axle's shaft and the Wheel Cylinder. After that, remove the rear Brake Backing Plate bolts and the rear Brake Backing Plate . For installation it should be installed and secured with the rear Brake Backing Plate bolts by tightening it up to 135 nm (100 lbft). Replace the rear Axle Shaft and Wheel Cylinder. Lastly, reinstall and reconnect the park brake cable to rear Brake Backing Plate and also the rear Wheel Speed Sensor.
