How to replace the air hose outlet duct on Chevrolet Cobalt?

To replace the air cleaner outlet duct, start by removing the intake manifold cover. Relocate the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) hose clamp on the camshaft cover and remove the pcv hose off the camshaft cover. Sextreffen following that, remove the push pin retainer and the air cleaner outlet duct. In case necessary, change the pcv hose clamp near the outlet duct and pull off the pcv hose from the outlet duct. For installation, if required, attach the pcv hose to the outlet duct, and plug the pcv hose clamp on the outlet duct. Hold the air cleaner outlet duct to the Throttle Body and the air cleaner housing making sure you tighten the clamps at the air cleaner housing and Throttle Body to a torque of 5 nm (44 lb in). Replace the push pin retainer, connect the pcv hose to the camshaft cover, and place the pcv hose clamp at the camshaft cover before installing the last part of the intake manifold cover.
