The v5 - conventional mount compressor clutch service requires the following crucial tools: the complete tool kit for compressor clutch service on the v5 - conventional mount includes the hub and drive plate remover and installer (J 33013-B) and the 6-point 13 mm socket (J 33022) as well as the clutch hub holding tool (J 33027-A) and the compressor holding fixture (J 34992). Hub and drive plate remover and installer (J 33013-B), 6-point 13 mm socket (J 33022), clutch hub holding tool (J 33027-A), and compressor holding fixture (J 34992). Place the compressor within the compressor holding fixture (J 34992) first. Slip the shaft key through the clutch plate groove on the hub before making sure it extends 3.2mm (0.126 in) beyond the groove edge. Secure the clutch hub holding tool (J 33027-A) to the clutch plate and hub assembly while applying a torque wrench at 17.5 n.m (12.5 lb ft) and using the 6-point 13 mm socket (J 33022). Tighten the shaft nut just beyond 16.5 n.m (12 lb ft) compression. After installing the shaft nut you should perform a manual spin test of the pulley rotor to verify it does not come into contact with the clutch drive plate.
