To replace the timing chain & sprockets, start by loosening the spark plugs to allow for the Crankshaft rotation, the removal of the engine front cover. Next, remove the right bank secondary camshaft Timing Chain Tensioner, right bank secondary camshaft timing chain shoe, and right bank secondary camshaft Timing Chain Guide, and take out the right bank secondary camshaft timing chain. Push down the Timing Chain Tensioner until its normal position and remove it, push down the upper guide until its normal position and remove it, and finally, remove the primary camshaft timing chain. For installation, begin with the initial camshaft timing chain, followed by installing the primary upper camshaft Timing Chain Guide, move on to installing the primary camshaft Timing Chain Tensioner. Next, attach the right bank secondary camshaft timing chain, its guide and shoe and lastly the right bank secondary camshaft Timing Chain Tensioner. Finally, reinstall the spark plugs and the engine front cover.
