Remove the coolant first, to replace Throttle Body assembly. Remove the electric connectors of the intake air temperature (IAT), breather tube from the air intake tube, idle air control (IAC) valve, and the throttle position (TP) sensor. Unclamp the accelerator control cable bracket, Throttle Body coolant bypass hoses, and heater pipe nut at the Throttle Body. Next, unbolt the nuts and bolts fastening the Throttle Body to the
Intake Manifold and retieve the Throttle Body assembly. Clean the surface of the Intake Manifold gasket and the Throttle Body assembly but do not use a solvent as this might damage your parts. If it is needed, install a new gasket and then put the Throttle Body assembly. Fasten it up using the retaining nuts and bolts and tighten them as to 28 n.m (21 lb. Ft). Mount the throttle-body back onto its socket, reconnect the Throttle Body coolant bypass hoses, heater pipe nut, iac valve electrical connector, tp sensor electrical connector courage. To organize everything, it is necessary to reinstall accelerator control cable bracket, air intake collection tube, and tighten clamps. Finally, reconnect the iat sensor electric connection and the breather tube filling the coolant and check for accurate throttle full closed to wide open throttle (WOT) by checking the throttle status while pressing the accelerator pedal with no occurrence of sticking between a full closed throttle and wide throttle.
