How to replace the Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor on 2010 GMC Sierra 1500?

In order to replace the Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor, drain the cooling system, disconnection of the engine wiring harness of the sensor, and removing the sensor out of the cylinder head. Fit the new sensor using sealant, screw and reconnect the wiring harness, and fill the cooling system again.
