  A: Replacement of the air conditioning condenser starts with refrigerant recovery from the a/c system. First elevate the vehicle and disconnect the front evaporator inlet line by removing its bolt while discarding the seal washer and capping or taping the line. To access installation you need to remove lh and rh radiator air baffle upper retainer pins and tilt the air baffle forward with care. The A/C Condenser needs to be lifted into position so its tabs can disengage from radiator slots before vehicle removal. For a new condenser installation add pag oil following the specified quantity and then set the condenser in place before lowering the condenser to let its tabs fit into the radiator slots correctly.
