How to replace the EGR valve on 2009 Chevrolet Equinox?

In order to fit the Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve, disconnect the electrical connector, and also disconnect the EGR pipe. Next remove the EGR valve and gasket. wipe off the mating surface, fit the new gasket and EGR valve, screw in the bolts, reconnect the electrical connector, and fit in the EGR pipe.
