When changing the center intermediate steering shaft, make sure that the front wheels are straight, and the steering column is locked. Line up the front wheels, fasten steering column, and take off left front tire. Detach the intermediate steering shafts and label their position of fitment. Reattach and fix the shafts and then re-install the tire.
