How to Replace the Front Rack and Pinion Steering Gear on 2008 Chevrolet Corvette?

In order to change the rack and pinion, elevate the car and take out the tires. Disassemble tie rod ends and intermediate shaft, stabilizer shaft and power steering hoses. Prop. coil spring, compress coil spring and take out bolts where necessary. Install new rack and pinion, reconnect, and reposition the front wheel toe.
