The Power Steering Hose requires a tight fitting of 27 n.m (20 lb ft) at the power steering gear side followed by attachment to the Power Steering Pump where another 27 n.m (20 lb ft) torque setting should be achieved. The Power Steering Pump pulley needs to be replaced first followed by the necessary bleed procedure of the system to finalize the installation.
