    A: Before installing a new right Knock Sensor professionals need to remove the right Exhaust Manifold (6.0L) and the right Catalytic Converter (6.0L) from the system. Gaining access to the Knock Sensor requires stripping away the Starter assembly if needed. You should begin by removing the Knock Sensor along with its mounting from the engine block . Disconnect the engine electrical connector from the Knock Sensor before taking it out completely. Reconnect the electrical connector to the Knock Sensor before mounting the sensor on the engine block and securing it with a 20 n.m (15 lb ft) torque. Reinstall the Starter assembly if it was taken out at some point during the repair. You should install the right Exhaust Manifold (6.0L) along with the right Catalytic Converter (6.0L). Program the transmitters after battery connectivity when necessary.
