How to replace the Wiper Switch on 2007 Cadillac XLR?

In order to change the windshield washer switch, switch off the SIR system. Installation Removal of steering column bracket and trim covers, wire harness assembly and wire connector. Take out the switch assembly, and the bracket. Install the parts again and make sure all the parts are fixed and the SIR system is activated.
