How to replace the ignition coil for Bank 2 on 2007 Cadillac SRX?

The replacement process begins by removing the fuel injector sight shield then elevating the ignition coil cover from the cam cover in order to access the coil. Start by disconnecting the ignition coil wiring harness electrical connector from the target coil for replacement then remove the ignition coil retaining bolt. Gently extract the assembly that contains the ignition coil. Place spark plug seals properly before installing the new ignition coil. Place the ignition coil and secure its retaining bolt at 10 N.m (89 lb in). First reinstall the ignition coil electronics connector and secure the cam cover with its ignition coil cover before reattaching the fuel injector sight shield.
