Remove rocker arms and pushrods, set piston bottom dead, close valves, extract spark plug, attach adapter, apply air. Tap spring cap, fit compressor, extract keys, release spring and seal. Lubricate components, install new seal with installer, reassemble spring, keys, spark plug, rocker arms, pushrods, then remove air.
