    A: In order to remove the thermostat house, unscrew the radiator hose and clip, and deplete the coolant. Take out the surge tank fret hose, thermostat assembly bracket, and heat shield. Disassemble the thermostat and unscrew the disconnect sensors and hoses and take out the thermostat housing. Clean the place, put in the new thermostat and reconnect everything. Populate cooling system and test leaks.
