How to replace the Rack and Pinion Boot on 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt?

In order to change the rack and pinion boot, lift the car and take off the front wheel. Unscrew the outer tie rod end and take out jam nut. Cut and discard the inner steering gear boot clamp then remove the boot. Wipe the surfaces with seals, put another clamp, and grease. Reconnect the parts and fix the foot.
