How to replace the lower ball joint on a 4WD on 2005 Chevrolet Colorado?

In order to replace the lower ball joint of a 4WD vehicle, unbolt the steering knuckle, and then the steering nuts and bolts of the lower control arm. Disassemble the old ball joint and install the new ball joint as per the Fastener Notice. Install steering knuckle and check the alignment of the wheels.
