    A: In order to remove the speed sensor of the output speed motor, one should take away the transmission fluid pan and filter. Thereafter, disconnect the electrical wiring harness connector from the output speed sensor then remove the option speed sensor bolt - then remove the speed sensor itself - and output speed sensor spacer. Check the output speed sensor for dtamaged magnetc, sensor damaged or non-existent housing or moldlng bent or missing electrcal turnposts. For installation, begin by putting the output speed sensor spacer and then the output install. Mount the output speed sensor bolt and torque it to 11 nm (97 inch lbs.), making sure to observe the fastener notice in the service precautions. Finally, reconnect the electrical wiring harness connector to the output speed sensor and reinstall the transmission fluid pan and filter.
