How to replace the evaporator core on 2005 Buick Century?

In order to change the evaporator core, disassemble the HVAC module assembly and outer seals. Dismount the recirculation housing, set the defroster actuator free and remove the upper screws. Take out evaporator core and replace with a new one that is sealed. Reconnect the HVAC module and reinstall it.
