How to replace the Rack and Pinion Outer Tie Rod End on 2004 Chevrolet Venture?

In order to remove the rack and pinion outer tie rod end, loosen the tie rod ball stud nut with a Steering Linkage and Tie Rod Puller. Unattach the outer tie rod, loosen up the tie rod jam nut, then re-connect it making sure that correct torque and thread visibility are achieved and then tighten the nut.
