To service and repair the flexplate, disconnect the negative battery cable and raise the vehicle. Remove the catalytic converter assembly and starter motor. Matchmark the flexplate to the torque converter, then remove and install bolts using a Flywheel Holding Tool. Reinstall components and check for vibrations.
